Tertiary – commercial development

The portfolio consists of eight properties with a total surface area of more than 2,700 m², with tenants such as Mango, Swacht, Puma, Five Guys, Scalpers and COS, among others. In terms of surface area, most of its portfolio is in Madrid (60%), while Murcia accounts for 40%. The eight stores are located in the most exclusive streets of the Spanish high street.

The occupancy rate of the premises is 100% and the leases have a term of between five and twenty years.

Retail Park located in the town of Garrucha within a residential development with more than 1,500 homes, which has a strategic location that allows it to serve the Costa del Levante of Almeria and reaching an area of influence of more than 200,000 people.

With a plot of 24.000 m² of land and a S.B.A. of 12.000m2 approx. the Commercial Park has been designed and marketed seeking complementarity between the various uses (supermarkets, textile, pets, sports, home, drugstores and perfumeries, restaurants…), paying special attention to the provision of parking spaces (about 700 spaces), sustainability, and integration within the urban fabric of Garrucha (in fact the Commercial Park is located at the beginning of the Main Street of Garrucha and traditional commercial point of the area).
