We share with you the news of the completion and delivery of a new turnkey project and rental of a cold logistics warehouse in Alicante ❄ 🏬 🍔 🍟 ☕ 🚙 🚚 !!!
The project has been delivered on schedule to our client Conway – The Convenience Company S.A..
Developed in 13 months, including licensing and construction, it has a definitive electricity supply, essential for the start-up of cold logistics.
Located on a 13,235 m2 plot of land, it has a built area of 5,903 m2 and a clear height of 14.5 meters, which allows five levels of pallets to be stored at height.
The warehouse, conceived as a high rotation distribution center, is equipped with frozen and positive cold storage chambers and an ambient area for distribution to the HORECA channel and convenience stores.
The project has been developed based on all sustainability and environmental criteria and will be certified with the “BREEAM Very Good” rating. In addition, it will have a photovoltaic installation that will allow the self-supply of electricity for 50% of the power required for the cooling installation.
