{"id":1285,"date":"2024-06-22T11:00:22","date_gmt":"2024-06-22T11:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/produccion7.proweb-jscomunicacion.com\/2024\/06\/22\/the-convenience-company-s-a-new-turnkey-project\/"},"modified":"2024-06-22T11:00:22","modified_gmt":"2024-06-22T11:00:22","slug":"the-convenience-company-s-a-new-turnkey-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hispavima.com\/en\/2024\/06\/22\/the-convenience-company-s-a-new-turnkey-project\/","title":{"rendered":"The Convenience Company S.A.: New turnkey project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We share with you the news of the completion and delivery of a new turnkey project and rental of a cold logistics warehouse in Alicante \u2744 \ud83c\udfec \ud83c\udf54 \ud83c\udf5f  \u2615  \ud83d\ude99 \ud83d\ude9a !!!<br \/>\nThe project has been delivered on schedule to our client <a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/conway-the-convenience-company-sa\/\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Conway &#8211; The Convenience Company S.A.<\/a>.<br \/>\nDeveloped in 13 months, including licensing and construction, it has a definitive electricity supply, essential for the start-up of cold logistics.<br \/>\nLocated on a 13,235 m2 plot of land, it has a built area of 5,903 m2 and a clear height of 14.5 meters, which allows five levels of pallets to be stored at height.<br \/>\nThe warehouse, conceived as a high rotation distribution center, is equipped with frozen and positive cold storage chambers and an ambient area for distribution to the HORECA channel and convenience stores.<br \/>\nThe project has been developed based on all sustainability and environmental criteria and will be certified with the &#8220;BREEAM Very Good&#8221; rating.
